Civil Site Supervisor

About the role

A&F Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a full‑time Civil Site Supervisor to lead residential construction projects in Islamabad. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring designs are implemented accurately, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the build.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction work on site according to approved civil and architectural drawings.
• Manage daily site operations, including labor crews, subcontractors, and material vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams to implement civil engineering solutions and resolve on‑site issues.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum Civil Diploma (DAE) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience on residential construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural and finishing works for modern houses.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proven capability to manage site labor and coordinate activities efficiently.
