About the role

Brain Art Marketing (BAM) is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join its Islamabad office. In this full‑time position you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of the company’s social media presence, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics to continuously improve reach and interaction.
• Optimise profiles and posts for Social Media Optimization (SMO) and SEO.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters and other internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and propose innovative tactics to grow the online community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong written communication and audience‑engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
