Social Media Marketing Intern (Hybrid, Gulberg-Greens)

About the role

This full‑time internship is based in Gulberg‑Greens with a hybrid arrangement that combines on‑site work in Rawalpindi and remote flexibility. You will support daily social media operations, help create and publish content, monitor engagement, and assist the marketing team with campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish posts across major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments, and track performance metrics.
• Assist in creating platform‑specific content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing, currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Business or related program.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional, public‑facing content.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively and coordinate with both on‑site and remote team members.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of analytics dashboards for tracking social media performance.
