About the role

Nurel.pk, a growing hair‑care brand, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & PR Manager to shape its digital presence, drive brand communication and manage public‑relations activities. The role focuses on leveraging organic and paid strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and Reels.
• Plan, create and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Research emerging content trends, viral formats and new growth opportunities.
• Design and execute organic growth campaigns.
• Contribute to the planning and direction of paid advertising initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify content gaps.
• Monitor audience engagement, campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and broader PR activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, brand partners and media contacts.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, PR or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and current content trends.
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing organic growth campaigns.
• Familiarity with paid marketing campaigns and ad creative development.
• Ability to conduct competitor research and market analysis.
• Good grasp of audience engagement metrics and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations is a plus.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
