About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager for Pharmacy Operations, you will own the commercial performance of key pharmacy partners, driving revenue growth and long‑term retention. You will act as the senior point of contact, shaping joint business plans and ensuring seamless cross‑functional execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own P&L and commercial performance of assigned strategic pharmacy accounts.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to unlock incremental growth.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across assortment, pricing, promotions and expansion.
- Lead high‑stakes negotiations and onboard high‑value partners.
- Serve as executive liaison for senior partner stakeholders, building trust‑based relationships.
- Forecast, track and manage monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Translate data insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance.
- Champion a customer‑first mindset and continuously optimise assortment and pricing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
- 4–5 years of proven account‑management experience, preferably in pharma or fast‑paced e‑commerce.
- Deep understanding of the Pakistani pharmacy retail landscape and DRAP regulations.
- Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to forecast and mitigate risks.
