About the role
Join Mondelēz International as a Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts and drive the growth of our iconic snacking brands. You will develop and deliver new product launches and promotional activities across a defined customer base while building sustainable relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture healthy, long‑term relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
- Execute sales plans for base business, new product development (NPD) and promotional activities.
- Analyse business performance regularly and take corrective actions to meet annual KPIs.
- Identify, win and maintain the highest number of Perfect Stores within the customer base.
- Collaborate proactively with field sales teams to ensure product availability and stock coverage.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of FMCG sales experience across all channels, including key accounts.
- Proven track record of building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
