Student Representative Officer

About the role

The Student Representative Officer acts as the primary link between the student body and university departments, ensuring that students can easily access academic, administrative and support services. In this role you will field inquiries, gather feedback and guide students to the right resources, helping to maintain a smooth and responsive campus experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for student inquiries, feedback and service requests.
• Coordinate with academic, administrative and support departments to route requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and outcomes.
• Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to develop improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of service delivery through analysis of student feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or student-facing roles, preferably within higher education.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional, ethical approach.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
