About the role

Fast Consultants is seeking a dedicated Study Visa Consultant to join its Lahore office. You will act as the primary point of contact for students, guiding them through the entire study visa application process and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for study visas.
• Review and prepare comprehensive visa application documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate visa approvals.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate clients about visa options and post‑arrival regulations.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and share relevant information with clients and the company.
• Manage client case files, track application statuses, and maintain detailed records.
• Address client inquiries and provide clear guidance throughout the visa journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflow and improve client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience managing study visa processes.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional attitude with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.
