About the role

We are seeking a diligent corporate lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience to support our IT operations. The role involves providing legal advice across departments, ensuring compliance, and managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate IT services agreements, software licensing, data privacy and confidentiality contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks associated with IT activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure legal soundness of business decisions.
• Stay updated on emerging legal trends in the IT industry.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.

Required skills

• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Risk assessment and management.
• Knowledge of IT‑related legal matters (software licensing, data privacy).
