Systems Engineer – Windows Server & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team as a technical consultant. You will work directly with clients, both on‑site and remotely, to design, migrate and secure Windows Server and Microsoft‑based environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting on assigned projects, interacting with customers on‑site and remotely.
• Develop migration strategies for cloud, on‑premises servers and databases, and execute migrations.
• Identify and remediate security and compliance issues within Microsoft on‑premises stacks.
• Maintain Active Directory environments, including primary and disaster‑recovery sites, backups, patch management and compliance.
• Conduct workshops on Microsoft technologies tailored to client needs.
• Plan and execute projects related to Microsoft on‑premises infrastructure.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Relevant Microsoft certification (preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, systems and networks.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, SCCM, SharePoint and Office 365.
• Ability to select appropriate tools, perform technical research and deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Excellent client interaction, collaborative work style and strong interpersonal skills.
