Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates across the organization, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
