Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading technology company on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple functions while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure new‑hire documentation is completed accurately.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Experience working with hiring managers to define staffing needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and correspondence.
