About the role
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager – Performance & Rewards to support a leading banking client. The role is based in Karachi with a salary range of 150,000 to 200,000.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the bank’s quarterly, bi‑annual, and annual Employee Reward & Recognition (ER&R) programs, including policy updates and award distribution.
- Process and coordinate staff loans such as house building, car, vehicle, and personal loans in line with HR policies.
- Handle HR operations including employment verification, insurance coverage for payroll employees and dependents, and accurate financial postings in the T24 Core Banking System.
- Oversee resignation and exit management, issuing acceptance letters, coordinating with line managers, and ensuring system access is blocked for exited staff.
