About the role

Gyrosol is seeking a Telemarketing Specialist to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities and delivering high‑quality customer service through both outbound and inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries, present tailored sales pitches, and address questions.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional objection handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
