Telemarketing Team Leader (TJ)

About the role

Next Claud is looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader in Lahore. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers with effective sales scripting and setting appointments, while managing a team of five telemarketing agents. The position combines hands-on customer engagement with leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of five telemarketing agents, giving them coaching, performance feedback and motivation to reach sales and lead-generation targets.
• Develop and implement telemarketing sales scripts tailored to different customer segments and product offerings.
• Generate quality leads through outbound calls, identify customer needs and qualify prospects.
• Set appointments between potential clients and the sales team for product demonstrations and closing.
• Ensure all telemarketing activity complies with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company brands and products to explain value propositions and answer customer queries.
• Track and analyse team performance metrics and prepare reports on trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align telemarketing campaigns with company objectives.
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
• Resolve escalated customer interactions professionally to protect client relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent fluency in English.
• At least one year of experience in customer interactions.
• Strong understanding of brand knowledge to communicate with diverse clients.
