About the role
Join an internationally recognised logistics leader as a Territory Sales Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, driving sales growth and ensuring high‑quality service across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, acting as their main liaison within DHL.
- Develop and maintain a regular customer call cycle to secure orders and meet sales targets.
- Create a personal sales plan to identify new business prospects and expand the current customer base.
- Build strong client relationships to maximise account performance, reduce attrition and limit competitor opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into first‑time buyers and deepen existing accounts through retention and development activities.
- Continuously update knowledge of DHL’s products and services to propose optimal solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3‑5 years of consultative selling experience in the service industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and business development abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
