About the role
National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Karachi. You will be responsible for managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales growth, and implementing the company’s sales strategy in the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly unit‑wise and value‑wise targets for the assigned territories.
- Set daily targets for order bookers and allocate them to specific outlets to ensure full market coverage.
- Generate and share sales reports by territory and category to monitor KPI achievement.
- Coach and monitor order bookers daily, ensuring they have product knowledge and necessary resources.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet performance, understand market dynamics, and capture customer insights.
- Execute trade‑marketing activities in line with the Trade Marketing plan.
- Design and implement effective sales plans and promotional journeys (PJPs) based on territory analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, aligning objectives for mutual benefit.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions that maximize revenue while controlling costs.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- 4‑6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a field sales team.
- Strong analytical mindset and business orientation.
