Outbound Sales Development Representative (On-site)

About the role

Valor is seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its Karachi office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective Australian businesses, generating interest through cold calls and emails and opening doors for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to identify new business opportunities.
• Research and qualify high‑quality prospects in the Australian market.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by qualifying leads.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or as an SDR.
• Strong communication abilities and understanding of sales psychology.
• Comfortable working with the Australian market and time zones.
• Based in Karachi and able to work on‑site.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 80,000 – 200,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Competitive commission on every closed deal.
• Shift aligned with Australian business hours (7 PM – 2 AM PKT).
