TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer engagement. This fully remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment while helping brands grow on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and suggest brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research and shortlist potential influencers for collaborations.
• Handle outreach via DMs or email and keep communication logs.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and messaging etiquette.
• Organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
