About the role

We are seeking a TikTok Manager & Ads Expert to drive growth for our ecommerce brands in the US market. The role is part‑time with flexible hours and is based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale TikTok ad campaigns.
• Handle TikTok affiliate outreach and management.
• Coordinate with creators and influencers for content collaborations.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA and overall performance.
• Develop content angles, hooks and viral ad concepts.
• Monitor analytics, test creatives and improve conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in TikTok account management and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Background in TikTok affiliate/creator management.
• Experience with ecommerce brands targeting the US market.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and consumer behavior.
• Data‑driven, creative, proactive and growth‑focused.
