About the role
Tripshepherd is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Travel Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist to manage the full guest journey, from booking to post‑tour follow‑up. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
Key responsibilities
- Contact guests after booking to confirm details and collect required information.
- Deliver a personalized experience before tours and handle inquiries, changes, and special requests.
- Recommend tour upgrades, additional experiences, and relevant tours in other cities.
- Follow up after tours to gather feedback, encourage positive reviews, and resolve any concerns.
- Track upsell and cross‑sell performance, identify trends, and optimize communication strategies.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Passion for travel, tourism, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
