Unity Developer – Mobile Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role is hybrid, allowing collaboration with cross‑functional teams across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad while working remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps using Unity 3D and C#.
• Optimize applications for CPU/GPU usage, memory consumption, and battery life.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, REST APIs, analytics, and monetisation services.
• Manage build pipelines, testing, debugging, and deployment to Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to implement UI, animations, and features.
• Troubleshoot platform‑specific issues and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with Unity.
• Strong track record delivering mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on performance and quality.
