About the role

Get Licensed is seeking a mid‑to‑senior Video Editor to join its fast‑growing technology team in Karachi. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into broadcast‑standard videos that support e‑learning, social media, podcasts, and advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos across e‑learning, social, podcast and ad formats.
• Design and mix audio, including layered sound design, dialogue clean‑up, music editing and loudness compliance.
• Create motion graphics and animations in After Effects, handling tracking, compositing and clean‑up work.
• Grade footage for visual consistency across shots, shoots and full course series.
• Reformat and re‑cut content for vertical short‑form platforms while preserving pacing and legibility.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple visual systems.
• Manage project files, assets and exports so they are easily transferable.
• Ensure every final deliverable meets technical and creative standards before release.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work (applications without one will not be considered).
• Experience with vertical short‑form video, hook‑led pacing and mobile‑legible typography.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work quickly on revisions.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced Adobe After Effects (tracking, masking, keying, compositing).
• Sound design and audio mixing.
• Colour grading beyond basic correction.
• Motion graphics and animation.
