Web Growth Developer – Remote (US Agency)

About the role

Our client, a US‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Web Growth Developer to create and optimise high‑performing, lead‑generating websites for home‑service businesses. You will own the full lifecycle from build to launch and continuously improve site performance using data‑driven techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimise high‑converting websites and landing pages end‑to‑end.
• Implement technical SEO, site‑speed optimisation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking).
• Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations and clean deployments.
• Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally.
• Continuously analyse site performance and make data‑driven enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing and technical tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with custom WordPress builds and modern front‑end development.
• Proven experience in a digital‑marketing agency environment; home‑service industry experience is a plus.
• Fast, proactive, execution‑focused mindset with a habit of suggesting improvements.
• Comfortable working fully remote on US EST hours and observing US Federal holidays.
