Zaigo is seeking a Technical AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑driven workflow automation and agentic platforms for U.S.‑based clients. This full‑time remote position sits at the intersection of operations, product thinking, engineering coordination, and client communication, requiring high ownership and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate AI implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Translate business requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
• Work closely with engineers building AI agents, integrations, automations, and internal platforms.
• Organize timelines, priorities, deliverables, and documentation across multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly with U.S. clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early and proactively keep projects moving.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and technical fluency.
• Proactive mindset with comfort handling ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with founders, senior engineers, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technical work in simple, structured English.
