Account Acquisition Assistant

About the role

Alpha Iota is seeking a motivated Account Acquisition Assistant to support its remote recruitment efforts. This work‑from‑home position involves posting job openings, handling applicant communications, and maintaining organized recruitment records.

Key responsibilities

• Post general remote work and administrative job openings across social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages.
• Monitor incoming responses and expressions of interest from potential applicants.
• Filter and capture relevant candidate information based on established requirements.
• Route qualified respondents to the appropriate messaging channels for further communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of incoming applicants and recruitment‑related information.
• Ensure job postings and profile presentations are clean, professional, and consistent with company guidelines.
• Support smooth coordination of candidate inquiries and recruitment‑related activities.
• Perform other ad‑hoc administrative and recruitment support duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and online job posting platforms (advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Highly responsive and able to communicate effectively during working hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling candidate information and administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in human resources and recruitment.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
