Talent Mobility Executive – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑oriented Talent Mobility Executive to serve as the first point of contact for professionals interested in international career opportunities. The role blends sales, candidate relationship management, recruitment, and global mobility, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for candidates via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels, introduce Spreadhire’s Talent Mobility Services, explain processes, eligibility and next steps, qualify prospects and convert them into registered users.
• Build and maintain talent pools aligned with international hiring demand, research labour market trends, skill shortages and salary data, and produce basic market insights to support recruitment and mobility activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Spreadhire platform and ATS, track leads, engagement, onboarding and conversion metrics, and ensure confidentiality and data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, HR or customer success.
• Strong sales orientation with confidence speaking to prospective candidates and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage leads, meet targets, and build trust with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
