Accounts Manager - Hospital Finance

About the role

Model Town Medical Complex, associated with Punjab Group, is hiring an Accounts Manager in Lahore to manage the hospital's accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations and internal financial controls. Candidates with a relevant degree or partial CA/ACCA qualification and at least 5 years of practical experience in accounts and finance are encouraged to apply; hospital or healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and ensure hospital transactions are properly documented.
• Monitor receipts, payments and other transactions to keep accurate records.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review and decision-making.
• Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Manage reporting requirements and ensure reports are submitted on time.
• Maintain organized financial documents and support effective financial controls.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Required profile

• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field, or a partial CA/ACCA qualification.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong professional experience.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in accounts and finance.
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not compulsory.
