Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

The Global Financial & Business Solutions (GFBS) team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support Kelly’s North American customers. You will manage a high‑volume receivable portfolio, reduce past‑due balances, and ensure accurate billing and collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data, reconcile accounts, and monitor AR risk to limit bad debt and reduce DSO.
• Communicate directly with internal and external customers to resolve AR issues and facilitate collection meetings.
• Process and audit customer billing, follow escalation procedures, and document all processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency without harming customer experience.
• Support special projects defined by management.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, accounts receivable, billing, or payroll.
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders at multiple grade levels.
• Strong analytical skills to research business processes and resolve customer issues.
