AI Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with businesses, turning AI opportunities into production‑ready systems. The position is fully remote and offers a full‑time, long‑term engagement with Loubby AI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI discovery sessions with founders, executives and operational teams.
• Analyze business processes to identify high‑value AI and automation opportunities.
• Prioritize projects based on impact, feasibility and risk.
• Design, build and deploy agentic AI systems, workflow automations and internal tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRMs and enterprise applications.
• Utilize platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n and Make to create production‑grade services.
• Implement human‑in‑the‑loop workflows where judgment is required.
• Test, monitor and continuously improve deployed systems.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving fundamentals and ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and business leaders.
• Ability to work independently with loosely defined requirements.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Python
• Java (or another modern programming language)
• Experience with APIs and database integrations
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like n8n or Make
