Senior React Native & React Engineer (AI‑First)

About the role

We are looking for a highly senior engineer who can operate at Lead Engineer level across frontend and mobile applications. This role involves ownership of architecture, design, and delivery of scalable React, React Native, and Next.js applications, using AI‑first development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own frontend and mobile application architecture across React, React Native, and Next.js.
• Make independent architecture decisions focused on scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build production‑grade applications with TypeScript for web and mobile, integrating GraphQL APIs.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, testing strategies, and developer experience across AI‑generated and manual code.
• Leverage AI agents and tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate research, planning, implementation, and testing while maintaining full ownership.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript with at least 5 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Extensive experience using AI/ML or agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain production web and mobile applications and to make architecture decisions independently.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work fully remote with USDEST or PST aligned hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, and ability to pass a background check.
