AI / Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 3‑4 years of experience to design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across computer vision, tabular, and time‑series use cases. The role involves end‑to‑end work from data handling to production inference.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for computer vision, classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and create robust train/validation/test splits while preventing data leakage.
• Build and deploy computer‑vision models for image classification, object detection, and segmentation, including fine‑tuning pre‑trained models.
• Convert trained models into production‑grade inference services via APIs, batch pipelines, or streaming, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, track experiments, manage model versions, and monitor model drift.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Ability to choose appropriate algorithms (linear, tree‑based, neural networks) based on problem characteristics.
