About the role

This senior‑level information security role focuses on network and cyber security functions. The incumbent will coordinate and help implement IBEX Global’s IT Security Roadmap and related processes to protect the organization’s assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, data, identity, and change management.
• Conduct supply‑chain and third‑party risk assessments, reviewing security questionnaires, audit reports and supporting procurement and legal teams.
• Perform AI risk and system impact assessments, aligning activities with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and relevant data‑protection regulations.
• Manage, coach and mentor the security team, standardising assessment methodologies and tracking deliverables.
• Act as a trusted risk advisor to technology, business and senior leadership, presenting findings and driving a culture of risk awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom.
• 8–12 years of experience in information security risk management, including hands‑on work with third‑party and supply‑chain assessments.
