Appointment Setter Executive - RCM Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to target the US healthcare market for medical billing and revenue cycle management services. The role involves outbound calling to US providers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US‑based healthcare providers, clinics and medical practices.
• Identify and qualify potential clients interested in Medical Billing and RCM services.
• Handle gatekeepers, objections and challenging conversations with decision‑makers.
• Schedule qualified appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly calling, lead qualification and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
• Mandatory experience in Medical Billing / RCM sales.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Experience dealing with US healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently on the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Cold‑calling techniques and lead management processes.
