Appointment Setter – US Market – Night Shift

About the role

Gozenix is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to engage US‑based prospects during the night shift. The role focuses on outbound calling, understanding client needs, and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in the United States.
• Listen actively to identify needs and respond with relevant information.
• Handle objections confidently without relying solely on scripts.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update prospect information in the CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
• Clear American or neutral English accent.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and quick‑thinking abilities.
• Persuasive, target‑driven personality comfortable with pressure.

Required skills

• Outbound tele‑prospecting.
• Objection handling.
• Effective communication in English with an American/neutral accent.
