Customer Service Coordinator – Canadian Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our remote team in Lahore, supporting operations aligned with the Canadian time zone. The role focuses on handling high‑volume customer calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM and order management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 20‑40 customer calls per shift, providing professional and efficient solutions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and installers, ensuring all parties are informed.
• Resolve customer queries related to scheduling and service issues promptly.
• Accurately update customer and order details in CRM and order‑management platforms.
• Coordinate with dealers, installers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service execution.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address additional requirements.
• Maintain organized records of interactions, appointments, and follow‑ups while working on the Canadian schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles.
• Excellent English communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work according to the Canadian time zone and collaborate with various stakeholders.
