Area Sales Manager – Faisalabad

About the role

As the Area Sales Manager for Nestlé Pakistan in Faisalabad, you will be the primary liaison for all sales operations, including field sales, distributors, and customers within the assigned territory. You will drive business objectives, execute channel and category plans, and build a high‑performing sales team while upholding Nestlé’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned area.
• Develop and implement field sales plans aligned with Nestlé Professional strategies.
• Manage distributors and customers, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance.
• Execute Channel & Category (CCSD) initiatives at points of purchase based on priority channels.
• Provide accurate, timely market information and reporting.
• Coach, motivate, and develop both distributor sales teams and Nestlé direct sales force.
• Promote continuous improvement using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies.
• Oversee placement and performance of company assets such as chillers and vending machines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out‑of‑Home (OOH) channels.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Strong work ethic, self‑starter attitude, integrity and performance‑driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
