About the role

Our Territory Manager is the front‑line leader responsible for managing distributors and trade within the assigned territory, ensuring efficient distribution operations and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Increase in‑store visibility and drive volume and sales growth.
• Coordinate distributor and customer operational plans and execute joint business initiatives.
• Negotiate joint business planning and support digital transformation strategies for the territory.
• Plan and manage eRTM, optimise routes for DSRs, and monitor gross margin and profitability.
• Lead and develop an extended team, uphold KPIs and analyse post‑execution performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth.
• End‑to‑end ownership mindset and comfort in fast‑moving environments.
• Collaborative, low‑ego attitude and clear communication style.
