Assistant Manager – Quality Control (QC)

About the role

ReckittHome is seeking an Assistant Manager – QC to join its Research & Development team. The role focuses on analytical testing, method validation and ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Testing of bulk, finished products and stability samples according to approved methods.
• Maintaining raw data, batch analytical records and equipment logs in line with SOPs.
• Performing method validation, stability schedule preparation and ongoing stability analysis.
• Ensuring GLP/GMP/GDP compliance during internal and external audits.
• Supporting process, cleaning and water system validation projects.
• Investigating out‑of‑specification results and writing/updating laboratory SOPs.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff and contributing to laboratory culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (post‑graduate preferred).
• 3–5 years experience in quality or regulatory compliance within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of product safety, quality, efficacy and relevant regulations (e.g., Drugs Act, DRAP Rules, GLP).
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
