Assistant Manager - Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result‑driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition with a strong focus on sales, commercial, and executive positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and candidate onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for critical sales and management roles such as Regional Sales Managers and National Sales Managers.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, Manatal, referrals, and agency networks to source top‑tier talent and build proactive pipelines.
• Partner directly with heads of departments to map manpower requirements, conduct initial HR interviews, present shortlists, and ensure quick turnaround times.
• Coordinate reference checks, pre‑employment documentation, and maintain recruitment trackers and ATS reports to optimise TA operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment/talent acquisition experience, especially in sales and management hiring.
• Prior experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ATS platforms like Manatal.
• Excellent candidate assessment, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals in orthopedic or surgical sectors dealing with hospitals, surgeons, distributors and institutional/tender business is a strong advantage.
