Provider Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and managing recruitment of physicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants across the United States. The position is fully remote and requires a proactive, organized professional who can build strong relationships with candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit U.S.-based healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards and ATS to build pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess clinical background, licensure, compensation expectations and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with comprehensive summaries and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and negotiate offers.
• Track recruiting metrics, keep accurate ATS records and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting U.S. healthcare providers (physicians, NPs, PAs).
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare recruiting, including W‑2, 1099 or locum positions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with reliable high‑speed internet.
