Associate – Corporate Responsibility (EY MENA Ripples)

About the role

EY is seeking an Associate to support its EY Ripples corporate responsibility programme in Pakistan. You will help implement sustainability initiatives, engage employees and collaborate with external partners to create a positive social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Execute EY Ripples strategies to enhance impact on communities and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements.
• Plan, coordinate and track Ripples initiatives, gather data, monitor progress and prepare updates.
• Engage external partners, NGOs and community organisations to drive social impact.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1‑2 years experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability or a related area, preferably in professional services.
• Strong project coordination, analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for social impact and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
