Associate – Visible Alpha Client Support

About the role

The Visible Alpha Client Support team at S&P Global Market Intelligence provides front‑line assistance to investment professionals using the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. As an Associate you will deepen your knowledge of financial markets, research reports and models while collaborating with Revenue, Product Management, Technology and Content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Become a domain, product and workflow expert to investigate and resolve data and application issues.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to address questions across all Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate product, technical and data issues to the appropriate departments with complete information.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge‑base articles.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable client solutions.
• Work from the office a minimum of two days per week.

Required profile

• Understanding of global financial markets and company financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; able to multitask in high‑pressure environments.
• Willingness to attend at least one in‑person interview at a S&P Global office before an offer is made.
