B2B Ecommerce Order Processor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Ecommerce Order Processor to manage online order flow for our UK, USA and Europe markets. The role is based in Lahore and works the third shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM). You will handle procurement, pricing, shipping and returns across multiple e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders, generate purchase orders and manage supplier communications.
• Handle returns from customers and post them to eBay and Amazon stores.
• Create shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, USPS and track deliveries.
• Maintain monthly order accounting sheets and update internal databases with vendor, quantity and price details.
• Compare supplier offers, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Provide customer service on order status and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement with international exposure.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience processing eBay, Amazon or website orders.
• Willingness to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Based in Lahore, Pakistan.
