Backend Developer - C#/.NET (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in C# and .NET to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Design and implement robust, scalable architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to integrate systems.
• Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.

Required profile

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with backend API development and integration.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (preferred).
