BIM & Digital Delivery Manager

About the role

Switzel International is seeking a senior Technical Operations Manager to lead BIM and digital delivery from its Lahore technical delivery centre. The role oversees end‑to‑end BIM project delivery for international projects across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own BIM project delivery from kickoff to completion, managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
• Develop execution strategies, delivery schedules and resource plans, monitoring progress, quality and profitability.
• Lead and mentor BIM Managers, Coordinators, Discipline Leads, Engineers and Modelers, setting KPIs and allocating manpower.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, consultants and contractors, handling coordination meetings, submissions and issue resolution.
• Implement BIM workflows in line with ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, EIRs and local standards, ensuring QA/QC, clash management and information compliance.
• Drive operational improvement by developing company‑wide BIM standards, templates, automation strategies and digital processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in BIM, design management or digital delivery.
• At least 5 years in a BIM leadership or management role, with proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams.
