Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of coordination between US-based customers and internal project teams. Attend customer meetings, prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and ensure timely follow-ups on action items. Track project progress and communicate updates, deliverables, and timelines to customers. Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize project management tools to manage tasks, deadlines, and project workflows. Coordinate with engineering, estimation, design, and management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor customer requirements and proactively address concerns to enhance the customer experience. Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and project status updates. Maintain professional written and verbal communication with international customers. Support customer onboarding, project coordination, and account management activities.Requirements Female candidates only. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or any other technical discipline. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to confidently communicate with US-based customers and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms. Ability to prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and customer correspondence. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities. Professional attitude, ownership mentality, and attention to detail. Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Relations, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar roles will be preferred.
