About the role

The Thriver, a creative agency specializing in digital marketing, graphic design, web development, and UI/UX design, is looking for a full‑time Business Developer to join its Bahawalpur office. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover trends and potential opportunities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with agency goals.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including design, development, and marketing—to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
