Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated Travel Consultants to join our growing sales team. In this role you will assist customers with flight bookings, provide travel advice and help them find the best fares while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight reservations and travel inquiries via phone and messaging.
• Present optimal travel options and competitive fares.
• Achieve monthly sales and commission targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales or ticketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in English.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
