Business Development Executive – UAE Accounting Firm

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support a leading UAE‑based accounting and advisory firm. Based in Islamabad, you will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and create a pipeline of potential clients for the firm’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to generate and nurture leads.
• Identify decision‑makers, assess client needs, establish urgency and determine service fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales management and keep accurate records of prospects and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to prepare proposals, quotations and support onboarding.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and referral partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, customer service or business coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong client‑facing and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email etiquette, internet research and CRM software.
• Exposure to the UAE market and knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, corporate services or company formation is a strong advantage.
